The Executive Secretary of the Bayelsa Health Insurance Scheme (BHIS), Dr. Zuoboemi Agadah, has admonished staff of the office to put in their best while carrying out their duties.
The Executive Secretary gave the admonition while addressing staff of the office during a Get-Together Party organized by the Management of the scheme for staff of the office on Friday, January 18, 2024, at the Conference Hall of the Health Insurance House in Yenagoa.
Dr. Agadah said that as an agency, the office has done very well, and it is only necessary that staff take some time out to appraise themselves, stressing that the Bayelsa Health Insurance Scheme is one of the best government organizations in the state.
Dr. Agadah disclosed that management is planning to institute an award program for staffers of the office to appreciate and encourage them to put in their best.
Also speaking, Mr. Glasgow Akaranbiriowei, HOD Administration and Human Resources Management, urged all staff to take their work seriously, noting that all hands must be on deck in order to achieve the goal of the office as a health agency.
He also advised staff to relate professionally amongst themselves in a manner that subordinates would always liaise with their heads for effective service delivery.
